Araunah LLC is a company specializing in real estate investments and acquisitions. Our first interest is multifamily properties and apartment buildings. However, we might also be interested in residential and commercial real estate such as retail and office buildings for our clients and investors. We buy properties in the Mid-Atlantic region including MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, WV and occasionally in other states.
We work with accredited investors who are poolling funds together to invest in residential or commercial properties through our syndication programs. Investors are then able to buy bigger investments that what they could afford alone and bigger investments often means bigger returns.
We buy properties directly from sellers or through real estate brokers.
We select properties that are suitable for syndication through a detailled financial analysis made with our in-house income property analysis software, paying close attention to the stream of income (cash flow) generated by the property and an in-depth due diligence process.
To submit a property, please provide the Apod (Annual Property Operating Data), latest rent rolls, the last 12 months of detailed operating expenses, the current mortgage amount owned, and the list of disclosures. Send these documents by email to :
