Araunah LLC is a real estate investment company. The goal of the company is to make the acquisition of investment and income properties in the Mid-Atlantic region for itself and for its clients and partners.
We select properties through an in-depth financial property analysis made through our in-house analysis software and value properties depending of the stream of income (cash flow) that they generate.
Real estate investments are long term investments that can bring some very rewarding returns for people who can understand the benefits of long term investments. Araunah LLC works with like minded investors and partners. We create value through well prepared and analysed acquisition, asset improvements, long term appreciation and customized intensive asset management.
Araunah LLC has been created by Frederic Petit. Frederic is president of Araunah LLC. He is also a real estate licensee in Maryland and Washington DC.
